Fulani Herdsmen detained in court for Killing Two Innocent Brothers

One Fulani herdsmen identified as Muhammad Usman has been detained in prison by the order of an Ilorin Magistrate court over the killing of two innocent brother.

Magistrate Oluwabukola Oreoluwa, on friday rejected the appeal of Usman (The herdsman) to be released by the court. However, the magistrate has ordered that Usman should remain under the custody of Oke-kura Prison Ilorin till the day of his prosecution.

According to the Prosecutor, Inspector Isaac Yakubu, during the trial of muhammadu Usman (Fulani herdsman) narracted that the accused attacked the two deceased brother and took away their cattle

Confirming the incident, Inspect. Issac said that the suspect was cought at Moro Local government of Kwara State while he was trying to escape.

The police charged Usman with culpable homicide and armed robbery, which contravened the provisions of Section 221 of the Penal Code Law and section 6(B) of Robbery and Firearms Law of Nigeria 2004.

In conclusion, The Inspector has warned all fulani herdsmen to stop stop any form of terrorism as any cought will not be spared
